(1) Molecular mechanism of lipid formation in oilseeds;
(2) Molecular mechanism of floral development;
(3) Genetic engineering towards improvement of agronomic traits

Two governmental award of "Science and Technology Progress", granted by Chinese Ministry of Agriculture, for the contribution in the research project: "Collecting, Evaluation and Conservation of Oilseeds Germplasm in PR China", 1995, 2003; One governmental award for "Elite Agricultural Products", granted by Zhejiang provincial government, for the contribution in registering and releasing of Zheyouyou-rapeseed variety series with improved seed quality, 1995.
