Can Wan, “Hundred Talents Program” Professor, College of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University. He received the B.Eng. degree from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2008, and the Ph.D. degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong, in 2015.
He was an awardee of Hong Kong PhD Fellowship. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow in Department of Electrical Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, and a Research Associate in Department of Electrical Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He was a Visiting Scholar in the Center for Electric Power and Energy, Technical University of Denmark, and Argonne National Laboratory, Lemont, IL, USA. He acts as a reviewer for more than 10 international SCI journals. In the past 3 years, he published nearly 40 journal/conference papers, including 16 first-author/corresponding-author SCI journal papers.
His research interests include renewable energy, smart distribution network, power system forecasting technology, etc.
