Profile
        Haoying Han is a professor in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, director of the Institute of Planning Theories and Technologies at Zhejiang University, and associate editor of Journal of Urban Management (Elsevier journal). He received his B. Arch. and M. E. (in urban planning and design) degrees from Tsinghua University and Ph. D. degree from the University of Tokyo. His research interests are urban complexity and planning theories. He is the author of many academic papers published in peer reviewed international journals, including Environment and Planning B: Planning and Design, Landscape and Urban Planning, Land Use Policy, Cities, etc..
