My research interest is focused on solid state NMR techniques and their applications in materials science, e.g. porous materials, polymer composites etc. My work has been published in Science, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Angewandte Chemie International Edition and so on. I was a commitee member of the Oversea Chinese Magnetic Resonance Society.

 

Our group develops advanced solid state NMR techniques and applies them to the materials for clean energies such as hydrogen storage, lithium batteries etc. and also heterogeneous catalysis and natural products. Our group is equiped with 600 MHz and 400 MHz solid state NMR spectrometers including different types of probes. They will have a wide range of capabilities such as variable temperature and pressure, in-situ experiments as well as multidimensional spectroscopy, pulsed field gradient and microimaging.
