Jituo Li is currently an associate professor of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Zhejiang University, China. He received his Ph.D degree from Zhejiang University in 2006. Before moving back to Zhejiang University in June 2010, he was an assistant professor of the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He was an Academic Visitor of the Department of Computer Science, Nottingham University from Jan.2008 to Jul. 2008 and an Academic Visitor of the Department of Computer Science, La Trobe University from Sep 2008 to Oct 2008.He is or was the PI or Co-PI of several projects of NSFC(Natural Science Foundation of China), 863(National 863 Project), BNSF(Beijing Natural Science Foundation), ZPNSF (Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China),etc.

(1)Digitalized modeling& simulation of soft products, especially on 3D garment modeling, simulation and virtual try on. (2)Digitalized design of mechanical products, especially on augmenting the design automation of mechanical products, and using computer graphics & image technologies to improve the automation of products processing and detecting.
