I obtained my PhD in Mathematics from Peking University(China) in 2008, and my dissertation title is "Relative difference sets and the Multiplier Conjecture" (supervisor: Weisheng Qiu). I was a research fellow at Division of Mathematical Sciences, School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Nanyang Technological University from August 2008 to July 2009 (supervisor: San Ling, Bernhard Schmidt). I was a UNIDEL postdoctoral researcher at University of Delaware from September 2009 to August 2011(supervisor: Qing Xiang). I received the 2011 Kirkman Medal from Institute of Combinatorics and its Applications. I am currently a faculty member at School of Mathematical Sciences at ZJU.

My publication list is available at ResearcherId.com, exclusive of preprints and papers to appear. Please be aware that there are many Me, and I do not work at Beijing Jiaotong University.

I teach two undergraduate courses on coding theory and cryptography respectively. The textbooks are: Introduction to coding theory (GTM 86, 3rd edition, by J.H. van Lint), Cryptography: Theory and Practice (3rd edition, by D.R. Stinson, Chinese translation by Dengguo Feng etc).

My office is 120 Ouyang Chunmei Building on Yuquan campus. You may contact me at tfeng@zju.edu.cn. My complete mailing address is as follows:

I am mostly interested in applying algebraic tools in the study of combinatorial objects. To be more specific, my research interest includes but not limited to: algebraic combinatorics, coding theory and related areas. I am especially interested in finite geometry at this moment.
