Research work

The primary focus of my group is to discover the biosynthesis pathways of natural products from marine-derived fungi through an interdisciplinary approach. Based on our discoveries, we seek to explore the natural products and fungi for the potential application in the pharmaceutical and agricultural industry by metabolic engineering and combinatorial biosynthesis.
