Xiaolin Zheng received Ph.D. degree in Computer Science of Zhejiang University at June 2004, and he is a visiting scholar in Stanford University in 2012-2014. Now he is an associate professor in College of Computer Science in Zhejiang University, taking charge of E-Service Center as Executive Director. And he is a senior member of IEEE and CCF (China Computer Federation), and also is a committee member in Service Computing of CCF. 
      I have received several awards as key member in the following prize: Second Class Prize for Outstanding Achievement Award of Colleges and universities Scientific Research in 2010, Grand Prize for Technology Innovation in Service Industry of China General Chamber of Commerce 2009, First Class National Prize for Teaching Achievement in 2009, IBM Outstanding Teachers Award in 2009, Excellent Scholar in First Alibaba Young Scholars Program, Excellent Teachers Award in Ministry of Education-IBM University Cooperation Project (2005-2009).
      In Service Science related international conferences, I have served as Track Chair in IJCSS2010, PC in CSE-2010, Poster Chair in ICEBE2009, PC Member in ICSS2009, Session Chair in ICSS2008. In E-commerce related international conferences, I have served as General Vice Chair in ICEBE2012, Student Workshop Chair in ICMECG2008, Session Chair in ICEBE2008.
      Also, I have been working as paper reviewer for international journals, such as "Knowledge based System", "Electronic Markets - The International Journal on Networked Business", “Journal of Information Science”, ”Int. J. Services Technology and Management”, “International Journal of Digital Content Technology and it’s Applications”, “International Journal on Advances in Information Sciences and Service Sciences”.
