Profile

Dr. Yu is a professor of Pharmaceutical Analysis, College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Zhejiang University, since September 2017. He studied pharmaceutical analysis and drug metabolism and received his Ph. D. from Zhejiang University in 2005. He went to University of Pittsburgh for his research visiting scholar from 2011 to 2012. His research interests include the chiral drug analysis and chiral drug metabolism, epigenetic-mediated transcriptional regulation of genes that encode drug metabolizing enzymes and drug transporters. He Has published approximately 100 journal articles and book chapters. He is the Director of Laboratory of Drug metabolism and Pharmaceutical Analysis, Zhejiang University. He is a member of the Pharmaceutical Analysis Specialized Committee of Chinese Pharmaceutical Association and the vice chairman of the Youth Pharmaceutical Analysis Specialized Committee of China. He is the vice secretary general of the China Pharmaceutical Analysis Council.
