       主要从事作物基因组结构与进化、基因组遗传多样性和重要性状全基因组关联分析等方面的研究,发现了异源多倍体棉花基因组在演化与驯化过程中的不对称进化规律,多倍体棉花栽培品种的二次驯化现象和棉花重要农艺性状形成的关键位点,并揭示优异等位变异的传递和演化。博士论文被评选为2015年江苏省优秀博士学位论文。目前主持国家重点研发计划子课题1项,国家重点研发计划子任务1项,国家自然科学基金青年基金1项,江苏省自然科学基金1项。近五年内发表 SCI研究论文17篇,共被引用311次,SCI-E他引250次。其中以共同第一作者身份在Nature Biotechnology、Nature Genetics、Genome Biology、Scientific Reports、BMC Genomics等SCI期刊上发表研究论文。
