Tip-based Nanofabrication uses a nanoscale tip on top of the free end of a microcantilever to interact with substrates to form nanostructures. We plan to invent new mechanisms of forming nanostructures, to improve the fabrication resolution, to increase the througput of this tip-based nanofabrication technology.
