消化道内乳成分前体物生成与吸收的规律及其调节机制,科技部“973计划”课题,主要研究不同日粮模式下乳脂肪、乳蛋白前体物在瘤胃内的生成与吸收,揭示其生成、吸收和转运规律及其调节机制。
“Law and manipulation of generation and absorption of milk composition precursors in the digestive tracts of dairy cows”, Funded by National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program), Ministry of Science and Technology, China, with aims at exploitation of the law of generation and absorption of milk composition precursors in the digestive tracts of dairy cows, as well as their manipulation, and at clarification of the function of the microbiota in generation of milk composition precursors.

基于宏基因组学对不可培养瘤胃甲烷菌作用靶点的分析研究,国家自然科学基金项目,通过建立与比较不同营养型与不同抑制剂下甲烷菌基因文库,获取代表性瘤胃不可培养甲烷菌的基因序列,确定其抑制靶点,揭示解明其微生物学基础和分子生物学机理。
“Metagenomic analysis of novel uncultured rumen methanogens to identify cell wall targets for inhibition”, funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China. The objectives of this study are to sequence representatives of a novel uncultured group of rumen methanogens, which genomes are cloned from 16S rDNA libraries that are nutritionally and inhibitors specific, to understand the genetic basis of their ecophysiology and to identify targets for inhibition technologies.
