He received his bachelor degree of civil engineering from Hunnan University in 2006; and his doctor degree of Geotechnical Engineering from Zhejiang University in 2011. He was also a joint-trained Ph.D student with Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden. He worked as a Post Doctor in the University of Kansas in US from 2012-2013. Currently he holds an associate professor position at Zhejiang University. His research interest focus on the field of Soil Dynamics, Tunneling Engineering and Infrastructure Engineering. He has published more than 30 journal papers and has received international reputation in his research field. His research work was awarded by the First Prize of Science and Technology of Zhejiang Province in 2012 and 2014.
