Dr. Yulin Si is currently working as an assistant professor in the Ocean College of Zhejiang University. He obtained both his bachelor’s and master's degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology in control science and engineering in 2009 and 2011 respectively. Then he received a full scholarship from University of Agder in Norway,  and started working as a PhD research fellow on offshore floating wind turbine control design and load reduction. He obtained his PhD degree in 2016 and joined Zhejiang University afterwards. His current research interests include offshore wind energy and marine energy, marine equipment intelligent control etc.
