潘家雨于2017年本科毕业于上海交通大学,2023年博士毕业于美国俄亥俄州立大学电子与计算机工程学院。2023年9月加入浙江大学软件学院担任特聘研究员,2024年入选了国家级青年人才计划(海外),另主持一项国家自然科学基金青年基金项目。担任多个计算机网络方向国际学术会议的tpc member,包括ACM MobiHoc、WiOpt及MSN。博士期间研究方向包括网络科学与未来通信,主要通过强化学习及停止时间等技术,大幅改善网络中的重要性能:信息年龄与评估误差。在此过程中提供多个基础数学贡献,如延伸Shiryaev的单一停止时间理论体系并精确求解一类多重停止时间问题等。以第一作者身份在ACM Sigmetrics、IEEE/ACM ToN、IEEE Infocom等计算机网络及建模方向的会议期刊发表文章,曾担任一项美国海军科研室项目技术负责人。现从事研究为空天地(海)一体化系统、边缘计算及智能与量子计算。
