杨晨，现任浙江大学管理学院服务科学与运营管理学系百人计划研究员，博士毕业于香港科技大学。他的研究重点是数据驱动的决策分析中广泛存在的不确定性的刻画以及应对，具体的研究问题包括医疗运营管理，可信机器学习等。研究工具与方法包括鲁棒优化，随机优化，风险测度，凸优化和整数规划等。
