Research work

Research areas: Information Electronic and Energy Materials Based on Semiconductors. (1) Oxide Semiconductor Films and Transparent Electronics, mainly on crystalline ZnO and amorphous ZnAlSnO thin films for thin-film transistors (TFTs), light-emitting diodes (LEDs), solar cells, transparent flexible displays, and low-E glass; (2) Functional Nanomaterials and New Energy, mainly on oxides, sulphides, and graphene for supercapacitors, lithium batteries, sensors, and catalyzers; (3) New Functional Coatings, including SiO2 barrier films, WC hard alloy coatings, and stealth materials.
