孔祥礼,山东人,2011年起任教于浙江大学。

研究方向为农业与食品生物物理、谷物科学与淀粉化学,主持国家、省部及横向相关课题多项,以第一/通信作者在Carbohydrate Research, International Journal of Biological Macromolecules, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food Chemistry, LWT-Food Science and Technology, Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture等农业与食品科学领域刊物上发表学术论文多篇。

讲授本科生必修课程《生物农业与生物技术》及研究生课程《生物物理学方法》。
