曹纪兴，浙江大学“百人计划”研究员，博士生导师。曾任日本京都大学研究员、新加坡国立大学博士后研究员（Research fellow），美国加州大学洛杉矶分校（UCLA）联合培养博士，博士毕业于同济大学。曾获日本学术振兴会JSPS Fellowship和中国土木工程学会高校优秀毕业生等荣誉。

发表学术论文40余篇，其中SCI论文26篇，包括《ASCE-J. Eng. Mech.》、《Eng. Struct.》等土木工程领域知名期刊，受邀参加国际会议并做大会口头报告7次。获国家发明专利和计算机软件著作权8项。担任两本国际期刊青年编委，以及十余本国际期刊审稿人。
