Born in Xiangshan County, Ningbo, Zhejiang province, received a PhD in Electrical Engineering in June 2003, worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Zhejiang University from July 2003 to June 2005, stayed in school for teaching and scientific research since July 2005, stayed and worked in North Carolina State University, USA, as a visiting scholar, from September 2009 to September 2010, and promoted to Zhejiang University Professor in 2014. At present, more than 30 graduate students have been instructed to graduate, and more than 10 doctoral and master degrees are being directed. There is a relatively fixed research direction and research team.
