I graduated from the school of mechanical and energy engineering of Zhejiang University in June 2009 and got a PhD degree; I entered the post doctoral station of the electrical engineering of Zhejiang University in July the same year. I both went to University of California at Berkeley and University of Newcastle as a visiting scholar. My main research topics is about heat dissipation and structural optimization of motor. In recent years, more than 30 articles have been published, including 16 SCI papers. I have applied for nearly 10 patents for invention, including 1 United States invention patents and 1 Japanese invention patents. I have in charge of 12 projects for scientific research and the found if 8 million 630 thousand yuan in total, including 1 projects on the National Natural Science Foundation and 1 of youth funds. I also participated in the preparation of the research center of high speed railway and the Institute for the comprehensive utilization of new energy and responsible for the daily work.
