Liu Tongfang, born in 1966, Tianmen City, Hubei Province, Doctor of Law, Distinguished Professor,Yangtze river scholar, Ministry of education, Dean,Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, First Class Subject Leader of Zhejiang University Marxism College, Zhejiang University “Leader of Arts and Sciences”. He enjoyed the special government allowance of the State Council, and was selected as the national high-level talent special support plan ("Million Plan") leading talents, national cultural masters and "four batches" talents, "national 100 million talent project" national level talents, was awarded "The country has outstanding contributions to young and middle-aged experts", and was appraised as a national "Ideological and Political Theory Course Teacher of the Year". He was selected as the "Promoting Ideological and Cultural Leaders" and "Ten Thousand Thousand Projects" talents of the Propaganda Department of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee.
