1997-2000            Master Degree in Jurisprudence, Law School, Suzhou University

2002-2005             Ph.D., Law School, Shandong University

JIAOBAOQIAN began to work at the Shandong University at Weihai in September 2000, and in2002, he was promoted to professor. He was transferred to Zhejiang University in May 2016. He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor of Guanghua law school, Zhejiang University, and editor in chief of Zhejiang University Law Review. He has published more than 50 academic papers in Various core Journals of law, and published his personal monograph, teaching materials. He has undertake multiple research projects such as Project of National Social Science Foundation and Humanities and Social Sciences projects of the Ministry of Education, etc, and has been awarded a number of scientific research awards.
