• Transcriptional regulation of muscle remodeling in response to exercise 2018

ChIP-Seq and RNA-Seq show the important role of epigenetic regulation on muscle remodeling in response to exercise.

• Characterize role of muscle specific gene Tmem233 and Txlnb in muscle development and function 2018

Identified muscle specific gene Tmem233 and Txlnb; Generated knockout mice and transgenic mice to decipher the role of Tmem233 and Txlnb in muscle development and function.
