Enbo Xu, associate research fellow in College of Biosystems Engineering and Food Science, Zhejiang Unversity. He focuses on the research fields of the utilization of carbohydrate, extrusion technology, grain nutrition and function, etc. In the near 5 years, he has about 30 papers published in the international journals of ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering, Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Carbohydrate Polymers, Journal of Functional Foods, Food and Bioprocess Technology, Journal of Food Science and so on; 3 authorized national invention patents and 1 PCT patent for application; several projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, the 12th Five-Year Plan of National Science and Technology Support and Jiangsu Province Natural Science Foundation.
