In 2012, -2014 worked with Stanford University to undertake the international cooperation project of Zhejiang province and went to Stanford University for 3 years.


Research experience and academic achievements:

He has been engaged in the research and development of chemical process equipment technology for a long time, especially focus on composite structure pressure vessels. After many years of research, according to the anisotropy and designability characteristics of composite materials, a lightweight composite high-pressure vessel using carbon fiber pre-stress control and optimization winding technology is proposed, which effectively reduces the failure risk of the inner wall of the vessel under the dual effects of medium and high stress. In 2005, it obtained a national invention patent. The technology has been applied in the hydrogen environment fatigue test system, the life prediction of high-pressure cylinder, and the light weight high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinder of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle. The maximum pressure is 70MPa. The proposed strength calculation method for composite structures has been well applied in engineering practice. As the project leader, He presided over 1 national 863 project, 1 national key basic research project sub-project, 1 national 863 sub-project, 2 national "Tenth Five-Year Plan" major science and technology key projects sub-projects, 2 major science and technology special projects, 3 key projects, 3 general projects in Zhejiang Province, 5 science and technology key projects in Hangzhou, and dozens of other company projects. It has won two second prizes, three third prizes and one municipal science and technology progress award at the provincial and ministerial level. More than 100 full-length papers have been published in domestic and foreign magazines, and more than 30 papers have been cited by EI and SCI; 3 international patents (United States) and more than 50 domestic granted invention patents; The monograph "Composite Pressure Vessels" describes in detail the design, manufacture and inspection of metal and metal composite pressure vessels, metal and non-metallic composite pressure vessels, and all-composite pressure vessels, and introduces the corresponding domestic and international standards; He co-authored 2 book. one is "Special Pressure Vessel", another is "DOUBLEDOUBLE A New Perspective in The Manufacture and Design of Composites".
