Dr. Wang is associate professor in the Department of Environmental Engineering and deputy director of the Institute of Environmental Pollution Prevention and Control in Zhejiang University. She has offered two courses “Environmental Planning and Management” and “Environment Law” for undergraduates, “Environmental Regulation and Strategic Environmental Assessment” for postgraduates and “Spatial Topic of Environmental Planning and Management” for Ph.D student. Her current research is focused on environmental planning and management, watershed water environment management, and ecological civilization construction. Over the years, Dr. Wang has undertaken various research projects supported by multiple institutions including National Key Science and Technology Project, Key project of science and technology of Zhejiang Province and Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province. Moreover, she has hosted numerous environmental planning projects in Zhejiang Province and other provinces. Dr. Wang with her team has published more than 30 research papers in Journal of Environmental Quality, Desalination and Water Treatment, Journal of Environmental Science, Journal of Zhejiang University, and so on. She participated in the compilation of four books and textbooks.
