Biqing Ouyang is an Assitant Researcher at the college of Art and Archaeology, Zhejiang University. Her research focuses on the archaeology and material culture of Han and Six Dynasties Period, in particular casting technologies and the circulation of bronze mirrors to Japan during the Wu Kingdom Period (222-280 AD).
She was awarded her PhD in 2018 by the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London. She completed her undergraduate studies from the China Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing in 2010 and holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Heritage Management from the University of York.
