- My research uses the silkworm (Bombyx mori) as a sensitive terrestrial model to evaluate the biological impacts of emerging pollutants, particularly micro/nanoplastics and engineered nanomaterials. By integrating multi-omics and ecological monitoring, we unravel bio-contaminant interactions, track environmental fate, and develop predictive frameworks for assessing nanomaterial risks to terrestrial ecosystems and beneficial insects.
