Research
briding the gap between mathematics (algebra, geometry, math objects, ... ) and enegineering
mathematical modeling: probabilistic models, dynamic systems, random processes, multivariate times-series
biochemical reaction networks
meta-research: discovery of generic patterns in scientific and engineering methods
Teaching
computer engineering courses
focus on fundamental concepts that propagate into modern (SOTA) systems
