Dr. Qiongjing Hu is an associate professor of Leadership and Organization Management in School of Management, Zhejiang University. He received his Ph.D degree from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.

His research interests focus on leadership, status, and team composition in the context of work teams, aiming to reveal the complex interactions among team members and provide managerial implications for building effective work teams. His research has appeared in Academy of Management Journal, Human Relations, Journal of Business Venturing, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Vocational Behavior, etc.
