Prof SHENG Kuang, PhD supervisor and Qiushi Distinguished Professor, currently is dean of the College of Electrical Engineeringat Zhejiang University. His main research interests are in power electronics devices and integrated circuits. Prof SHENG once heldtenuredfacultyposition at Rutgers University in USA. He is the Changjiang Distinguished Professorand first recipient of NSFC for Distinguished Young Scholars in power electronics. He received the honor of being scientific and technological innovation leaderin National High-level Personnel of Special Support Program (The Ten-Thousand Talents Program). He served as the convenor of power electronics technology expert groupin National High-Tech R&D Program of China (863 Program) , a chief expert in863 Program, and has managed national key research projects.
