Biography

Dr. Meng is a professor in the College of Control Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University. He obtained his Ph.D degree from Zhejiang University in 2015. From 2013 to 2014, he was a visiting student in Arizona State University and from 2015 to 2019, he was a Postdoctoral fellow in Carleton University, Canada. He has published more than 30 papers in top-tier conferences and journals including IEEE CDC, ACC, Automatica, IEEE Trans. Power System, IEEE Trans. Smart Grid, IEEE Trans. Industrial Electronics, IEEE Trans. Cybernetics, IEEE Trans. Neural Networks and Learning Systems and etc. He has received I-SPAN 2018 best paper award. He is now serving as an Associate Editor for IEEE Trans. Smart Grid,IEEE Access and served as Guest Editor for several international journals.
