Lianghuan Wu, Male, born in September 1963, native of Fenghua City, Zhejiang Province, Han nationality. In 1983, 1986 and 1996, he obtained a bachelor's degree in soil agrochemicals and a master's degree in plant nutrition from Zhejiang University (formerly Zhejiang Agricultural University). In 1986, he stayed on as a teacher. In 1995, 1997, 2002, and 2007, he went to the International Rice Research Institute (Philippines), the US Department of Agriculture's Plant, Soil and Nutrition Laboratory, and Cornell University. In 1996, he was promoted to associate professor. In 2000, he was promoted to professor. In 2001, he was a doctoral tutor in the field of plant nutrition. In 2005, he served as deputy director of the chemical fertilizer professional committee of the Chinese Society of Plant Nutrition and Fertilizer. In 2002, he was selected as the "New century 151 talent project" in Zhejiang Province. The second level trains candidates. Deputy director of the local cooperation department of Zhejiang University (2006~2008), member of the Zhejiang provincial committee of the Agricultural Workers' Party (2007~), Deputy chairman and secretary general of the Zhejiang university committee (2009~), Chairman of the Huajiachi Campus Branch (2006~). In 2007, 2008 and 2009, it was awarded the title of “Zhejiang Excellent Science and Technology Special Commissioner” by the Zhejiang provincial committee and the provincial government for three consecutive years. In 2009, it was awarded the honorary title of “National Excellent Science and Technology Special Commissioner” by the ministry of science and technology.
