Respiratory internal medicine researcher and doctoral supervisor of the second affiliated hospital of zhejiang university medical college. After graduation in 2002, he went to Korea, Japan, the United States and other countries for research work. He is now an expert in the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease group of the respiratory medicine branch of the Chinese medical association, an expert in the asthma group of the respiratory medicine branch of the Chinese medical association, a deputy leader of the basic research working group of the research working committee, a member of the respiratory physiology professional committee of the Chinese physiological society, a member of the American thoracic association and the world free radical association.

At present, we are engaged in the research on the pathogenesis of respiratory tract inflammatory diseases, and have made a series of innovative research results. The role of autophagy in the pathogenesis of smoking induced COPD was studied. The regulatory effects of mTOR- cell autophagy on asthma, acute lung injury and PM2.5 - induced airway injury were explored, and the common intervention targets were explored for different chronic airway diseases. The mechanisms of oxidative stress, granulocyte differentiation and targeted intervention in chronic airway diseases were studied in depth, which provided new ideas for the prevention and treatment of related diseases. In recent years, I have hosted more than ten projects, including the national natural science foundation, project 973 and zhejiang outstanding youth fund. A total of 76 SCI papers were published, with 403 total impact factors (5-year impact factors released by JCR in 2017) and 1721 total citations. Among them, the first/corresponding author (including the common author) wrote 39 papers, with a total impact factor of 181 and a total of 990 references. Representative papers included AJRCCM, PNAS, Autophagy, Chest, etc. Make oral reports in ATS for many times in North America; Participate in and write the "13th five-year" respiratory development strategy plan of the national natural science foundation of China; Won the first prize of zhejiang natural science in 2016 (ranked second)
