王磊，百人计划研究员，博士生导师，洪堡学者，国家级青年人才，任职于浙江大学能源工程学院。王磊于2018年3月在香港理工大学土木与环境工程系获得博士学位，后在香港理工大学、英国谢菲尔德大学、德国德累斯顿工业大学从事博士后研究。

       研究方向主要包括可燃废物能源化利用、新能源器件循环利用、二氧化碳封存与利用等，旨在为实际的工程问题提供低成本、高效益的解决方案。其研究成果获得了一系列国际奖项，如第45届日内瓦国际发明大赛金牌。截止2024年11月，他在Environ. Sci. Technol., Cem. Concr. Res., J. Hazard. Mater. 等国际知名期刊上已发表SCI论文100余篇（第一作者/通讯作者60余篇），中科院一区论文100余篇，包括ESI热点论文5篇， ESI高被引论文21篇，共同主编英文专著3本，参编英文专著8本，SCI被引8000余次，h-index达56，连续5年入选年度全球Top2%科学家（斯坦福大学发布）。

      在立德树人方面，荣获浙江大学优秀本科生班主任，浙江大学优秀研究生德育导师等称号；指导博士生荣获首批国家自然科学基金博士研究生基础研究项目（30万元，全国约500人），指导博士生荣获首批中国科协青年托举博士生专项计划（全国约3000人）。截止2025年3月，研究生按时毕业率100%。

      担任中国动力工程学会国际合作工作委员会秘书长，SCI期刊Soil Use Manag.与Waste Manage. Bull.副主编，J. Hazard. Mater.等4个SCI期刊的编委，Bioresour. Technol.等10个SCI期刊的客座编辑，被授予Publons全球顶级审稿人；担任教育部“长江学者奖励计划”等人才项目通讯评审专家，新加坡等5国基金的国际评审专家，担任国际固废管理与处置大会等30余次国内外会议的特邀报告人、分会场主席、学术委员会委员，应邀在格拉斯哥大学等20余个大学开展学术讲座，被德累斯顿工业大学等4所大学聘为博士学位答辩委员会委员。

Dr. Lei Wang is a “Hundred-Talent Program” Research Fellow, Doctoral Supervisor, National Excellent Young Scholar, Humboldt Fellow at the College of Energy Engineering, Zhejiang University. Dr Wang obtained his PhD degree from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Mar 2018. He was a Post-doctoral Fellow at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, The University of Sheffield, and Technische Universität Dresden. 

His research interests include sustainable waste-to-energy technologies, recycling of new energy devices, CO₂ sequestration, and mineral utilisation. The work highlights the vision of cost-effective engineering solutions to emerging real-life energy and environmental engineering problems with interdisciplinary knowledge and innovations. He received several international awards including the Gold Medal in the International Inventions Exhibition in Geneva. By November 2024, he has published over 100 SCI journal papers in total (with over 60 first author or corresponding author papers), including over 100 papers in Top 10% journals, 5 Hot Papers and 21 Highly Cited Papers, and co-edited 3 book and contributed chapters to 8 books (over 8000 citations with an h-index of 56). He has been selected as the World’s Top 2% Scientist (published by Stanford University) and Best Scientists List. 

He has served as an Associate Editor for Soil Use Manag. and Waste Manage. Bull., Editorial Board for J. Hazard. Mater., and Guest Editor for 10 leading SCI journals, and recognized as a Top Peer Reviewer by Publons and an Outstanding Reviewer by Elsevier. Also, Dr Wang served as an Evaluation Expert of Foundations in 5 countries, an Invited Speaker, Session Chair, and Member of the Scientific Committee at more than 30 national and international conferences, such as the 5th Asia Pacific Biochar Conference, and also has given seminars at over 20 leading universities.
