简要介绍：浙江大学电气工程学院教授、博士生导师（控制科学与工程、电气工程），浙江省高层次留学回国工作人员、浙江省万人计划创新领军人才，英国伦敦大学博士（2007），英国伦敦帝国理工学院博士后研究员（2007-2010），英国剑桥大学、加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学、维多利亚大学短期访问学者。九三学社社员（浙江省委委员、省科技专委会委员、浙江大学校委会委员）、浙江大学先进电气国际研究中心主任、英国计算机学会会士、英国工程技术学会会士、IEEE高级会员，连续入选爱思唯尔中国高被引学者、全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单（终身科学影响力排行榜、年度科学影响力排行榜）。中国计算机学会杰出会员、中国电工技术学会高级会员、中国电工技术学会人工智能与电气应用专业委员会委员、能源行业电网设备智能巡检标准化技术委员会委员、中国人工智能学会智慧能源专委会委员。主持和承担欧盟IST、英国EPSRC、国家自然科学重点基金、国家863/973计划、国家重点研发计划、浙江省重点研发计划、浙江省自然科学重点基金、能源电力行业企业合作等科研项目80余项，发表学术论文350余篇，总他引15000+，申请国际和国家发明专利100余项（授权70余项），国际专利4项，18项核心专利工业界转化应用，参编IEEE、ITU国际、国家和行业等技术标准10项，出版学术专著2部（王国松优秀教材著作奖）、英文学术著作2部（全球使用量超1.2万册），参编《中国电力百科全书-第3版》及英文著作10部。获中国电力优秀青年科技人才奖（2019）、中国产学研合作创新人物奖（2023）、中国电力优秀科技工作者人物奖（2024）、中国技术市场金桥奖个人一等奖（2024）、浙江省科技进步二等奖（2020，2022，2023）、天津市科技进步二等奖（2018）、北京市科技进步二等奖（2023）、中国电机工程学会电力科技二等奖（2023）、中国自动化学会科技进步一等奖（2023）、中国电工技术学会科技进步一等奖、二等奖（2023，2024）、中国电子学会科技进步二等奖（2024）、中国电力创新一等奖（2021，2022，2023）、国家电网科技进步一等奖、二等奖（2023，2024）等省部级科技奖励20余项。担任《数字孪生与应用》英文刊创刊执行副主编，Appl. Energy、IET CPS、CMES、PCMP、《新型电力系统》等国内外10余本期刊副主编/编委、浙江、安徽、广东、上海、深圳等科技计划项目和科技奖励评议专家，超过40个高水平国际会议TPC委员，PICOM、ICOCTA、EENES等10余个高级别国际会议大会主席、联合主席和技术委员会主席。

Qiang Yang (M’03-SM’18) received Ph.D. degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from Queen Mary, University of London, London, U.K., in 2007 and worked in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Imperial College London, U.K., from 2007 to 2010. He visited the University of British Columbia and the University of Victoria Canada as a visiting scholar in 2015 and 2016. He is currently a full Professor at the College of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University, China, and has published more than 350 technical papers, filed 60 national patents, co-authored 2 books, and edited 2 books and several book chapters. His research interests over the years include smart energy systems, large-scale complex network modeling, control and optimization, learning based optimization and control. He is a Fellow of the British Computer Society (BCS), the Institution of Engineering and Technology, and International Association of Advanced Materials (IAAM), a Senior Member of IEEE and a Distinguished Member of China Computer Federation (CCF).
