Dr. Zisheng Luo is professor of food science in Zhejiang University. His research works focus on valorization of food resources, food safety control, biology of food preservation and logistics. He published more than 130 papers in international journal such as Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety, Critical Reviews in Plant Sciences, Trends in Food Science & Technology, Food Chemistry, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Postharvest Biology and Technology.
