主要学术方向
长期致力于研究环境因子(紫外线、病毒、温度、环境污染物等)和表观遗传的互做机制,通过系统性研究表观修饰应答化学、物理、生物性环境因子的调控机制,提出“修饰RNA为环境刺激易感分子”(《Epitranscriptomics》2021),是对阐明环境如何与基因互作而影响表型这个经典生物学问题的重要补充。相关科研成果以主要作者身份发表于National Science Review、Nature、Cell Reports(两篇,其中之一为封面文章)、ES&T、Blood Cancer Discovery、EMBO Journal、Nature Communications、Research、Oncogene、Nucleic Acids Research等期刊。也以共同作者身份在Cell(封面文章)、Science、Cancer Discovery、Cancer Research等学术期刊上发表多项重要工作。其研究成果多次获重要第三方点评,如:Nature Reviews (两次)、Cell (两次)、Science、Cancer Discovery (两次)、Blood Cancer Discovery、EurekAlert!、Science Signaling和F1000 (两次)等。並有两篇论文分别入选Nature和Cell Reports的特辑。
